That I found on etsy. I would highly recommend Hodi and Poppi Fabrics. I simply stretched the fabric around the existing cushion and used a staple gun to secure it to the back. This is from the Australian TV show. This particular scene was very interesting for lighting, as it was nearly monochromatic, made heavy use of volumetric lighting, and had very strong composition with the highlights and shadows to create a visually compelling and dramatic scene.
